How long does shipping take?

Shipping differs slightly from country to country, but it typically takes around 15 business days (sometimes early!). Shipping times are set by the carrier, explaining why we don't like to give strict ETA's, but based on hundreds of past deliveries, orders arrive in around 15 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your product has been shipped, you should receive an email that contains your tracking number. Once you copy it, go to ParcelsApp and paste the tracking number to stay tuned on updates.

How can I make a custom order or the player I want on the back isn't there?

If you want to make a custom order, or the player you want on the back isn't an option, select the "Other" option for the names. Then, leave in the notes of your order that you want a certain name followed by a number (ex. John, #4).

What is your refund policy?

We can offer refunds if the jersey ordered arrives damaged before wearing. However, other reasons such as accidentally ordering the incorrect size does not fall under our standards for a refund/return.

How do I wash my jersey?

We highly recommend that you hand wash your jersey instead of using a washing machine. For drying, it is recommended not to use the dryer.
